Le Paris Cafe Festival bridges the gap between the new Wave Craft Coffee movement and france's established traditional espresso culture.

With more than 9,000 visitors expected in 2024 - including coffee lovers, professional baristas and espresso bar owners - Le Paris Café Festival showcases the diversity of the industry professionals and consumers alike.

The weekend (Saturday March 9 & Sunday March 10 will be open to all. Monday March 11, 2024 will be reserved for professionals only. The Paris Café Festival offers numerous opportunities for exhibitors to engage directly with stakeholders, coffee bar owners, foodservice operators, barista and coffee loving consumers, from France and elsewhere.

To enliven these three days, the Paris Café Festival offers an exhilarating program, including the Lab, French Championships organized by the SCA France (Specialty Coffee Association), the Latte Art Live or the Roast Masters, a spectacular competition that will see face the best barista and bartender in Europe!

LE PARIS CAFÉ FESTIVAL: INFORMATION
Le Paris Café Festival is the biggest event dedicated exclusively to coffee, and more particularly to speciality coffees, those fine coffees with exceptional aromas.
 
With several thousand visitors and hundreds of exhibitors, it's the must-attend event for all coffee lovers and professionals in the sector: baristas, roasters, chefs and restaurateurs.
 
Open to professionals and the general public alike, it offers a rich and varied programme: debates and conferences, the French SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) championships, practical workshops, spectacular demonstrations, cupping, workshops, tastings and a food scene.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET
As well as unlimited coffee, your entry ticket gives you access to all the exhibitors and all the events organised as part of the festival: exhibitions, workshops, cupping, tasting, conferences, etc.

The last day is reserved for professionals.

PUBLIC AND PROFESSIONAL DAYS
The Public Days on Saturday and Sunday are open to all, with events accessible to all coffee lovers.

The Professional Day on Monday 11 March 2024 is reserved for professionals, with events tailored to their specific needs.

Apart from that, there's no need to be jealous: the exhibitors are the same throughout the festival.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND OF MY TICKET
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your ticket to change the day on which you are coming, or to change from a standard ticket to a VIP ticket, or vice versa.

However, if on the same day you wish to change your session time slot, please contact the hosts and hostesses at reception, who will make the necessary arrangements.

REFUNDS
It is not possible to refund tickets.

ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
BRING CHILDREN
Children are welcome at Le Paris Café Festival, and admission is even free for children under 12.
BRING YOUR DOG
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the festival grounds.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are, of course, permitted.
BRING FOOD & DRINKS
It's not possible to picnic on site, or bring your own food and drink.

But don't worry, we've got water fountains all over the festival site. The food stage will also have something for you to eat at any time of the day.
PICTURES & VIDEOS
Official photographers and the video team will be on hand.
 
We strictly adhere to the RGPD guidelines on the use of images and videos online, taking particular care to protect everyone's privacy.
 
We're sure you'll understand that we want to protect the integrity of the festival and the exhibitors. If you wish to take photos or film using a video camera or mobile phone, there are some common sense rules you should follow. In fact, you are free to record your visit to the festival for your own personal use. You may not sell photos or moving images of the festival for commercial or other purposes. Please respect the privacy of other festival-goers who may not wish to be filmed. Do not bring professional equipment with you.
CLOAKROOM
Unfortunately there are no cloakrooms on site, for which we apologise. You will need to keep your personal belongings with you for the duration of your visit. Please note that the organisers decline all responsibility in the event of theft or loss.
PRINT YOUR TICKET
When you buy your ticket online, a confirmation email is sent to you with a link to access your ticket.

You can then print it out, but we recommend that you opt for the digital version, as the staff at the entrance will be able to scan your ticket on your mobile. 
NON-SMOKING AREA
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Carreau du Temple and the Festival. The only smoke tolerated is that of coffee roasted during the championships.
SECURITY
For your safety every Festival zone will have a dedicated security guard. If you see any problems or incidents please report them to security staff or the police.
