LE PARIS CAFÉ FESTIVAL
Le Paris Café Festival is the biggest event devoted exclusively to coffee, and more particularly to speciality coffees, those fine coffees with exceptional aromas.
With several thousand visitors and hundreds of exhibitors, it's the must-attend event for all coffee lovers and professionals in the sector: baristas, roasters, chefs and restaurateurs.
Open to professionals and the general public alike, it offers a rich and varied programme: debates and conferences, French SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) championships, practical workshops, spectacular demonstrations, cupping, workshops, tastings and a food scene.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET
As well as unlimited coffee, your entry ticket gives you access to all the exhibitors and all the events organised as part of the festival: exhibitions, workshops, cupping, tasting, conferences, etc.
PLACE AND DATE OF THE EVENT
The Paris Café Festival will take place from 9 to 11 March 2024 at the Carreau du Temple in Paris.
The last day is reserved for professionals.

PUBLIC AND TRADE DAYS
The Public Days on Saturday and Sunday are open to all, with events accessible to all coffee lovers.
The Professional Day on Monday 11 March 2024 is reserved for professionals, with events tailored to their specific needs.
TICKETS
1. BUY TICKETS
Tickets can only be purchased online only, and on our website, until the Festival doors close. It will not be possible to buy tickets on site.

2. PRINT YOUR TICKET
When you buy your ticket online, a confirmation email is sent to you with a link to access your ticket. You can then print it out, but we recommend that you opt for the digital version, as the staff at the entrance will be able to scan your ticket on your mobile.
3. EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Exchange
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your ticket to change the day on which you are coming, or to change from a standard ticket to a VIP ticket, or vice versa.
However, if you wish to change the time slot for your session on the same day, please contact the hosts and hostesses at reception, who will make the necessary arrangements.
Refunds
It is not possible to refund tickets.

ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
BRING YOUR DOG
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on festival grounds.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are, of course, permitted.
EATING ON SITE
It is not possible to picnic on site, nor to bring your own food and drink.
But don't worry, we've got water fountains all over the festival site. The food stage will also have something for you to eat at any time of the day.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Official photographers and the video team will be on hand.
We scrupulously respect the RGPD guidelines on the use of images and videos online, taking particular care to protect everyone's privacy.
CLOAKROOM
Unfortunately there is no cloakroom on site, for which we apologise. You will need to keep your personal belongings with you for the duration of your visit. Please note that the organisers decline all responsibility in the event of theft or loss.
NON-SMOKING AREA
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Carreau du Temple and the Festival. The only smoke tolerated is that of coffee roasted during the championships.
SECURITY
Security for the Festival is provided by the Carreau du Temple teams, all of whom are experienced in this field.
