1 espresso
Thin with tonic
Pour the ingredients into a gin and tonic glass filled with ice cubes
Stir and serve.
 
COLD BREW RUE
15 ml PARAGON Bay Rue
Thin with cold brew
Pour the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
Stir and serve
You can also make an espuma of Baie de Rue to add on top.
 
ESPRESSO MARTINI
15 ml PARAGON Penja Pepper
40 ml Tequila
1 espresso
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes
Shake vigorously and serve in a gimlet glass
Garnish and serve.
