Meet the Pear Matcha Latte
Chill it right down with this fresh and fruity, cocolicious combo. A recipe by Nicolas Pastellopoulos for ALPRO, this is how you create a pear-matcha latte.
Ingredients
3 g matchapowder
50 ml hot water
20 ml pear juice
ice cubes
70 ml Alpro Barista Coconut
Garnisch: 2 very thin slices of pear

Equipment
Glass
Matcha whisk & bowl

How to do it in four simple steps
In the bowl, whisk together the matcha and water
Add the pear juice
Put the ice cubes in the glass, add the matcha/pear blend and Alpro Barista Coconut
Garnish with the pear slices
